Shelbourne FC is delighted to announce the signing of Republic of Ireland international Ciara Grant for 2020. 

With high interest in Grant, manager Dave Bell and the club are thrilled to capture her signing ahead of this season’s FAI Women’s National League.

Grant has 12 caps for the Republic of Ireland and was a member of the Republic of Ireland U-17 squad that were runners-up in the 2010 UEFA Women’s Under-17 Championship

The midfielder was also part of the team who reached the quarter-finals in the 2010 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

Ciara has also represented Donegal GAA on multiple occasions as we welcome her to Tolka Park following spells at UCD Waves and Raheny United.

Ciara has won the Women’s National League twice and the Women’s FAI Cup at Raheny United. 

With Donegal GAA, hailing from Letterkenny, Grant also won the Ulster Ladies Football Championship in 2018. 

Ciara told shelbournefc.ie she is “very happy to be on board” in our quest win further trophies in 2020.

The Shels Club Shop will be open this Saturday, January 11, from 13:30 to 16:00.

This will facilitate the friendly match played at 12:00 in the AUL Complex between Shelbourne and Wexford.

We will have our Umbro Ireland 2020 range and 125 Year Reds merchandise available.

Shelbourne FC is delighted to announce two superb sponsorship deals for the club in 2020 ahead of our return to the top flight of Irish football.

Hamptons Floor Store and Brooklyn Flooring have both joined the Shelbourne FC team in our 125th year.

Hamptons Floor Store comes on board as a Reds back of jersey sponsor and official club partner in 2020.

Brooklyn Flooring also joins the team as Shelbourne FC’s short sponsor and official club partner in 2020. 

Our new partners have teamed up to sponsor our SSE Airtricity League Premier Division team, FAI Women’s National League team, Under 19 men’s National League team and Under 17 Women’s National League team.

Hamptons Floor Store and Brooklyn Flooring have both formed a reputation for being committed to only selling superior products and a leading supplier of flooring in Dublin.

The Shels Club Shop is looking for volunteers to assist with both online sales and in-store sales. There are two positions available for interested candidates:

  • Online Sales Assistant
  • In-Store Sales Assistants

Online Sales Assistant will be responsible for the sale of online Shelbourne merchandise. Duties include updating online store with Shels brand merch, receiving and distributing orders and handling online queries from fans.

The In-Store Sales Assistants will assist in sales on match nights and non-match day store openings. Duties include aiding fans with excellent customer service and dealing with transactions for purchases of Shels stock.

The Shels Club Shop is a crucial element of the club’s growth and volunteers are greatly appreciated.
