Shelbourne today announced the signing of Sean Russell.
Sean played for UCd since joining their nder 19s for the 2009 season.
He made his debut for the Senior Team towards the end of the 2010 season, away to Bray Wanderers.
He scored his first competitive goal for the Students with a late winner against Drogheda United at Belfield on 2 May 2011.
The years 2012 and 2013 saw him make 34 league appearances for the Belfield side before joining Longford Town at the start of the 2014 season.
His last game for the Midlanders was in early June.
