The Pennsylvania native whose hometown Ardmore lies in Montgomery county began her footballing journey with Harriton high school were she remains the school’s all time leading goalscorer, Morgan’s early footballing education also took place at Lower Merion soccer club in her native Ardmore.
The 22 year old split here college education between two universities at undergraduate level starting off at Drexel College in Philadelphia before transferring to the university of Maryland & Baltimore county in the neighboring state to complete a degree in Media & Communications Studies.
During her collegiate career Rees appeared in 59 games across 4 seasons scoring on 4 occasions.
After her departure from college Morgan was signed by Philly Lone Star FC who operate in the Women’s Premier Soccer League which is the second tier of professional women’s soccer in the US below the NWSL.
And then for the second half of the 2022/23 season she played in Germany with SV 07 Elversberg who won the Regionalliga Sudwest the 3rd tier of Women’s football in Germany.
