A 23-year-old who arrived at Tolka Park with a big reputation in December of 2024, Mipo quickly became a fan-favourite with his swashbuckling forward-play and willingness to shoot from any range.
The former Republic of Ireland U-21 international scored some massive goals for Shels in 2025, not least his two separate strikes against Linfield which helped to propel Joey O’Brien’s men forward on their European Odessey.
The striker started his career at Manchester City before he made the short hop across the divide to join rivals Manchester United. West Ham was the next port of call for the talented Tallaght native, and the Hammers saw off stiff competition to secure his services. A strong, fast and highly rated striker he left West Ham to join Huddersfield Town on loan and he alsohad spells at Doncaster Rovers and Port Vale.
As well as his big European strikes, Mipo contributed 8 goals in the 2025 league campaign which saw the Reds securing European football once more for 2026. Mipo will certainly be looking to match those numbers again as he further settles into life at Tolka Park.
