Caoimhe is a product of the Shelbourne FC Academy and in 2024 her positive impact at the club was recognised as she was given the Academy Sportsperson Award. An adaptable player who has mostly lined out in defence, Caoimhe has had the honour of representing Ireland at both U16 and U17 levels to date. In 2025 she was named in the Irish squad for a UEFA Development Tournament and in October of that year she played for the U17s as they ran out 2-1 winners against Northern Ireland.

Caoimhe has lined out for the Reds for both the U17 and U19 sides and was brought into former manager Eoin Wearan’s senior squad for the first time in 2025.

Caoimhe will be hoping that 2026 is the year she makes the breakthrough and graduates to make her senior Shelbourne FC debut.
