Shelbourne FC is delighted to announce Permanent TSB as an official partner of our Women’s National League teams for 2020.

We’re thrilled to have the support of such a well-known and respected brand and feel it is a terrific endorsement of the work done by our WNL teams in the last few years.

With Republic of Ireland internationals in the squad and our wish to build on the success of last year’s League Cup win, their support comes as a massive boost in our 125th Year.

The Permanent TSB logo will feature prominently on the jerseys of both of our WNL and our U17 WNL team.

There will also be extensive coverage for our new partners in Tolka Park, in our electronic match day programme and on our social media channels. Permanent TSB also have a branch in Drumcondra near to Tolka Park.

“We are absolutely delighted to announce Permanent TSB have become an Official Partner of our Women’s National League teams for the 2020 season,” Shelbourne FC CEO Dave O’Connor said.

“Our Women’s National League teams have been thriving in recent years and the backing and support from Permanent TSB will provide us with the opportunity to continue to strengthen these teams both on and off the field.

“Having met with Catherine, Eddie and their wider team, it was immediately evident to me that they were incredibly passionate about supporting the continued growth and expansion of women’s football in our club.

“We are very grateful to have them on board and are very much looking forward to working closely with them,” he said.

Speaking about the announcement today, Eddie Kearney, Head of Retail Distribution at Permanent TSB said ‘Women’s football has grown from strength to strength over the last number of years and it is important that it continues to be nurtured and supported at a grass roots level.

“Permanent TSB has a long history of supporting the local community and we are delighted to champion Women’s football by partnering with Shelbourne FC Women’s National League Team for 2020,” he added.
